CrossFit Mom who strives for healthy living! I love to put people in touch with information and other people as well as great recipes! Some might also say I like to "talk," Lol. CrossFit started changing my life eight years ago now. A few months into crossfit, I began implementing the Paleo (Primal) way of eating as well. Wow! What a difference they've made in my life! I'll try to brag and share with you any great recipes I find!
Additionally, I've been using Essential Oils from doTerra for five years and they have had a life changing impact on our family. I truly cannot stress enough how they help our home environment and health. I can doctor my family when fighting germs and the oils can be our first line of defense. We rarely have to go see a physician because of illness and I believe its largely in part to our use of these wonderful essential oils. Such a wonderful product line. So much so, that I've begun selling them. I might as well sell them since I shared with everyone I met how much they help us.
